Lyme, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, Chronic Illness:
How Did the Topic of Lyme Disease Get to Be So Contentious? (a great article for anyone wondering why lyme is such a debated topic and why “chronic lyme” is sometimes considered a controversial diagnosis. And perhaps why you shouldn’t trust every doctor’s opinion) www.lymeactionnetwork.org/news/topic-lyme-disease-get-contentious/

Some people with POTS, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, mold illness, and more have had great success with brain retraining programs (“Dynamic Neural Retraining System”- DVDs and/or seminars): https://retrainingthebrain.com/what-we-treat/
http://wellnessmama.com/5107/raspberry-leaf-herb-profile/ Raspberry Leaf tea is a game changer for PCOS- it helps during painful cramps way more than harmful pain killers! Traditional Medicinals brand is the best.
Essential oils– even with chemical sensitivities, organic natural essential oils are usually tolerated despite their strong smell (because they are extracted from plants and do not contain any synthetic chemicals unlike perfumes or other scented products). Rosemary oil works very well for joint pain (even the kind caused by lyme!). Peppermint oil cools and soothes muscle spasms. (Be sure to mix these with a carrier oil before applying on your skin). Tea tree oil helps kill mold, use in laundry and homemade cleaning sprays along with distilled vinegar (vinegar is also a great alternative to chemical-laden dryer sheets. And don’t worry, the scent dissipates completely once dry!)
